Fine granularity final products can optimize building mechanical performance and inevitably it costs higher. Of course, the cost of impact crusher easy worn parts is higher than that of fine jaw crusher and cone crusher. Needle-like stone and natural stone are hard to reach the mechanical performance requirement which can be formed by multi-edge stone. Therefore, impact crusher is widely used for providing good quality final product in construction, railway, expressway, airport and quay industry.

Considering good product granularity and low operation cost, it is better to choose coarse jaw crusher add fine jaw crusher or coarse jaw crusher add cone crusher as first stage crushing or second stage crushing, and impact crusher work as third stage, with the purpose of shaping. That, in turn, users can reduce cost and also get high quality final products.
