Application Requirements: taking cement raw material preparation and sandstone aggregate production as the new growth point of profit; using aggregate to produce concrete.

Production Line Configuration: two Liming ZSW630 Vibrating Feeders, Liming large jaw crushers PE1200*1500 and PE900*1200, Liming special stone crusher PFH1820, Liming circular vibrating screen of four 2YK2460, and four 2YK2460.

Production Process Introduction: the sandstone production line with the capacity 20000 tons/day mainly includes two stages which form a closed-circuit. Liming jaw crusher is used as the first stage crushing equipment, and two largest Liming impact crushers are used as for the second stage crushing. In order to ensure aggregate cleanliness, the feeding equipment in the first stage crushing adopts Liming vibrating feeder which is specially used to get rid of the soil. The above technology and equipment can ensure the final aggregates with good shape, high cleanness, high strength etc.

Return on Investment: the expected investment of this production line is 20 Million, and its yearly production capacity is 6 Million tons high quality sandstone aggregates. All the investment can be recovered for half a year, with remarkable economic benefit.
