The 4th Shanghai International Wear-resistant Material Technology Conference was successfully hosted on June 13th. And Lu Hongbo, the vice president of Chinese Casting Association wear-resistant, senior manager of Liming, was invited to discuss about the development of wear-resistant industry.

The 4th Shanghai International wear-resistant material technology conference was successfully organized by Professional Committee on Wear Failure Analysis and Anti-Wear Technology of CMES and Wear-resistant Casting Branch of China Foundry Association, and hold by Shanghai Time&Space Expo Co., Ltd. Lu Hongbo, the vice president of Chinese Casting Association wear-resistant take part in the meeting with Lerry Liu, the director of Liming E-commercial Department.

The conference is regarded as China and the world’s largest, most professional technological wear-resistant exhibition, and has successfully held three sessions along with WR China. About200 delegates from both domestic and overseas mining enterprises, mining equipment enterprises, cement factory, machinery plant, wear resistant materials companies and scholars and experts from both domestic and overseas industries took part in this conference.

Zhou Pingan, honorary chairman of Professional Committee on Wear Failure Analysis and Anti-Wear Technology of CMES and Wear-resistant Casting Branch of China Foundry Association said: “The integration and cooperation between the wear-resistant industries have become an inevitable and necessary trend of wear-resistant industry development. With the continuous development of industries, the clients and users of wear-resistant materials will be a number of large enterprise groups who has huge demand on the wear-resistant parts and consumption production.”

Lu Hongbo, the vice president of Chinese Casting Association wear-resistant, senior manager of Liming said: “There is bottleneck of wear-resistant material development and the wear-resistant industry is still in a passive and vulnerable situation during the supply, sales negotiation and transaction process with these large customers and users. So it is necessary to do this kind of integration among the whole industry that need to cooperate with each other and try our best to innovate and improve technology on the wear-resistant of production.”

Liming, known as China’s “wear-resistant materials majordomo”, especially its E-commercial which has help improve its customer abroad and domestic for at least 50%.Lerry Liu, e-commerce director of Liming said:” E-commerce platform is an important marketing front to display and sell products and promote the corporate brand and culture, especially for wear-resistant material, which can help expand business sales revenue and market share with high efficiency and low cost. To ensure the continuous development of wear-resistant industry, it is a must to keep a whole marketing chain complete and orderly, and make the whole chain constantly self-reinforcing and self-promotion in the ongoing business battle.”

In addition, many wear companies are meeting to share the latest technology, and to conduct exchanges and cooperation, efforts to promote the continued development of wear-resistant materials industry. It is no doubt that WR China is no longer a simple professional exhibition on wear-resistant materials, but a feast for wear resistant industries, and a stage for advanced world anti-wear technical interchange.
