Liming will supply its new designed DSRP1006 to Heidelberg Cement in Russia. The contract also includes wear resistant parts and conveying systems to be applied in the cement production line, and free service for installation supervision.

Heidelberg Cement is a leading cement company in Russia, who has an annual capacity of about 5 Million tonnes of high-quality cement. As Heidelberg Cement plan to operate a second cement plant in the city of Sterlitamak, with a capacity of 2 Million tonnes per year, there’s huge need of a series of cement production equipment.

New designed DSRP1006 Roller Press

With unique and complete equipment and production technique, Liming has successfully designed and manufactured DSRP1006 Roller Press, which is especially suitable for crushing techniques and raw materials conditions. The working efficiency can be improved by at least 25%, comparing with the common roller press.

roller press can increase output by 40-100% for ball Mill with fine materials of 0.08mm covering 20-55% and materials of less than 2mm covering 65-85% after material cake is pressed. Internal structure of fine material is filled with many small cracks, improving the grind ability greatly. The roller surface of heat built-up welding makes it convenient to maintain the abrasive layer.
