It is released by Liming News Center, Liming recently started its large-scale production of its new patent composite for cone crusher, and composite for jaw crusher, all manufactured at its own industry area, Xingyang, Henan.

Liming new type of composite concave is casted by high-performance new composite material, which has three-times longer service life, comparing with the common concave. And the concave has super wear resistance, which can adapt to the production environment with extreme worse mining conditions, high abrasion and strong production strength.

During the testing stage, the new composite concave is successfully applied in the quarry of Shanxi, Hebei, and most of the material has high corrosive and the mining condition is hard, the daily working hour can be reached at 10 hours per day. According to Liming Marketing Department, 22.5 tons of Liming new type of composite concave is ordered by a quarry from Ningxia for one time.

“Through the whole process of manufacturing these new patent wear-resistant parts, like jaw plate and concave, we put strict demand on its wear-resistant ability, “said Ma Feng, senior manager of Liming wear-resistant part department,” The whole production process is monitored by camera for 24 hours, before leaving the factory, the composite concave has to be seriously checked by Quality Supervision Bureau, to ensure the quality of each new composite concave.”

Those cones concave can be designed and manufactured for over 100 models. According to the record of production, Liming manufactures the greatest number of cone concave, jaw plate, for almost 48 jaw designs and 110 matched pairs according to customers’ crushing needs.

Lu Hongbo, senior manager of Liming, Vice president of China Wear resistant casting association said,“ For the wear-resistant parts, it is found even small change in physical appearance can improve operating performance, such as the shorten of movable jaw discharge point ,to allow a better stationary and movable match-point on closer than normal run discharge settings. Some designs — like concave and convex profiles — significantly affect jaw crusher performance if applied properly. ”
