1.      The working principle of jaw crusher

Jaw crusher is used for coarse crusher and middle crusher in mine, building materials, capital construction and other areas. The compression strength of the materials to be crushed is less than 320MPA. The crushing style is of driving extrusion. When the movable jaw plate rises, the angle between the wrist plate and the movable jaw becomes bigger; this pushes the movable jaw plate to be close to the fixed jaw plate. In this process, the materials are squeezed, rubbed and grinded into the expected effect. However, when the movable plate is descending, the angle between the wrist plate and the movable jaw becomes smaller, and the movable plate leaves from the fixed plate under the strength of the pull rod and spring. At the same time, the crushed materials are discharged from the crushing cavity. With the motor’s incessant rotation, the fixed jaw plate crushes and discharges the materials and the batch production is realized.
