6. When the roller surface wears, the width of discharge opening will increase, then the movable roller needs to be adjusted (jaw plate should be adjusted for single roll crusher). And remember to keep the two rollers parallel and prevent skewed when adjusting.
7. Sliding bearing roller crusher should be paid more attention to the gap of roller bearing. The top clearance between roller bearing and the journal is usually 1 / 10000 ~ 1.5/10000 of the journal diameter, while the side clearance is 1 / 2 to 1 / 3 of the top clearance.
8. To ensure the normal operation of roller crusher, the bearing lubrication situation should be checked regularly. Sliding bearing is regularly put into oil by oil cup or by man, and rolling bearing is regularly put into oil for lubricating and sealing.
