How to assemble “Liming” Jaw Crusher?

Because of the big vibration in its operation, this jaw crusher should be assembled on the basis of the reinforced concrete structure with the weight 8-10 heavier than the machine. The depth of foundation should be more than that of frozen soil. The unit assembly drawing provides the size of relative position between the main machine and foundation bolt of motor and other relevant parameters. Foreseen hole should be set aside in assembling the foundation bolt for the second grouting. The height and size of discharging trough depends on the on-site discharging method.

To reduce the vibration, the buffering material such as rubber band with its thickness more than 10mm should be inserted between crusher and the basis in the second grouting. Screw down the foundation bolt after the cement becomes firm. During this process, levelness should be measured to ensure the discrepancy with the width of rack frontier should be within 5mm. It is quite important to check the rack levelness to avoid the monolateral feeding in the operation due to declination of feeding opening and damage to the equipment due to uneven load.

In assembling the motor, besides of checking its distance from the main machine, the ends belt wheel and sheave should be examined to be at the same plane to ensure all the v-belts work in uniformity.

The size of discharging opening should be adjusted according to the graininess of products and capacity. Before the adjustment, the tension spring should be loosened. Afterwards, adjust the tightness to prevent toggle plate from dropping off in the operation.
