How to extend the service life of jaw crusher?

1.Replace the fixed and movable jaw plate when 15% of their tooth (6-8mm) has been wore in case of damaging the equipment due to the load mutation.

2.Regular lubrication can ensure the machine’s normal operation and extent its service life. Change the grease every (3-6) months, during which process, clean gas or kerosene should be used to wash the bearing track.  

3.Remove the dust stratification regularly to protect the motor from being burnt from undesirable elimination of heat.

4.Toggle plate is the protection device of the crusher. The structure and material are determined by precise calculation. Once wore or broken, it must be replaced by the spare part from our company. Otherwise, it will not work to protect the machine.

5.Materials should be add into the crushing chamber evenly.

6.One-side feeding or over feeding should be avoided to prevent one-side overloading, load mutation or stoppage.
