1. The lubricant should be suitable amount with the standard about 1/3 ~ 1/2 of the mining machine's total space.

Excessive lubricant will increase the friction torque and rise the temperature of equipment, which makes the wear of machine be more serious. A small amount lubricant will increase the friction, because the space of machine can not get enough lubrication. Generally speaking, the suitable amount of lubricant should be 1/3 ~ 1/2 of the total space of the mining machine. But according to the particular case, sometimes it needs to spread lubricant on the rim of mining machine. 

2. Insist on using the same brand of lubricant, try to avoid the old and new combination.

In the daily use of lubricant, try to use the same brand of lubricant, avoid the old and new combination. If don't pay attention to this point, the probability of failure will grow 13.2%.

3. Pay attention to the sanitation while filling the lubricant 

Before lubricating the machine, first is to inspect the container and tool carefully. It's better to use the dry dishcloth to wipe, and then cleaning the fat mouth of the machine, finally in the process of lubrication, pay attention to prevent dust, mechanical impurities and sand particles waste mixing in. 

4. Pay attention to the seasonal diversity

The storage and choice of lubricant should pay attention to the seasonal diversity. It's better to choose different lubricant in different seasons. Or it will not get good result. At the same time, it's better to store the lubricant in a cool and dry place. It's not allowable to store the lubricant with woodiness or paper.
