1, the hammer crusher motor should be installed strictly according to the requirements of instructions, and the location should be easy to operate and observe at any time.

2, calibrate the relative position of each device according to the relevant requirements, and then fix the anchor bolts.

3, after the solidification of anchor bolts, check the position of hammer crusher.

4, the ground resistances of variety electrical equipment should not be less than 1.0 MΩ. The motor insulation resistance shall be no less than 0.8 MΩ.

5, check the hammer crusher rotating parts. All the rotating parts should be flexible and good lubrication without blocking phenomenon.

6, be sure the rotation direction of motor is the same with mark. Install the V-belt and adjust its tension level.

7, the hammer crusher should start without load.

8, after operating the hammer crusher, it must rotate without load for a certain time, then put the materials.
