1.Fixed people should be in charge of the machine during its operation, and the operator is bound to possess certain skill level. The operators must receive necessary technical training before installing the mill. They must know its theory and performance. They also should be familiar with the operation instructions.

2.In order to ensure a normal condition, a ‘safe operation system for the equipment maintenance’ should be established to guarantee a long-term secure operation. At the same time, necessary troubleshooting tools, lubricating grease and corresponding parts. 

3.After a time of usage, an overhaul of the mill is required. Meanwhile, it is indispensible to maintain, change and dispose some wearing parts like grinding roller, grinding ring as well as the shovel blade. Before and after using the grinding mill equipment, it is necessary to check whether the roller has started or the grease is sufficient. 

4.When the service time exceeds about 500 hours, each rolling bearing in the roller shell must be cleaned while changing the grinding roller. At the same time, the wearing part should be replaced promptly. As for the grease-adding tools, we can use the manual gasoline pump and grease gun. 

5.Fineness regulation. According to the difference of the materials’ size, hardness and softness, water content and processing fineness, the analyzer can be adjusted. The higher the rotation speed is, the finer the powder will be. The lower the rotation speed is, the coarser the powder is going to be. 

6.Scrap limits of the grinding roller and grinding ring: the minimal wall thickness of the residue has to be within 10mm. 

7.The mill ceases the feed first when it is about to stop. But the main engine is still in operation enabling the residual materials to continue to be grinded. After about one minute later, the motor of the main engine and the analyzer can be turned off. Then the grinding work has stopped. Later, turning off the draught fan’s motor to blow off the residual powders.
