After checking up and repairing the parts, we can assemble all the components into a whole cone crusher. Take the spring cone crusher as an example, the installation procedures are as follows: first, install the rack, and then install the transmission shaft, eccentric sleeve, bearing base, moving cone, dustproof device and lubrication device. After the above-mentioned devices installed, run the machine without load to check up whether it meets the requirements. Then, install the adjustment device, locking spring, feeding device and hydraulic station. Finally, operate the machine both re-load and no-load.

The rack is the main body of crusher with all parts in it, so it can directly affect the running of entire crusher. The rack must be installed firmly and correctly. The installation of cone crusher rack is similar with the cycle crusher. Before demolishing the old rack, we should measure the central location and elevation of old crusher, and the elevation of new rack should be less than 2mm. the new rack elevation should be no less than the old rack elevation, or above 1.5mm. Before installing the new rack, please clear the second water layer, and then sit it down the base with plate in the bottom in order to adjust the levelness of the crusher. 

In generally, the rack has 8-12 sets of 25Dmm×250m plates. The plate should be close to the edge of rack chassis, exposing 10-50mm. the slope of plate is 0.05-0.1. When adjusting the levelness of rack, we should base on the ring machined surface and measure by using gradienter, and the horizontal deviation should not exceed 0.1mm per meter length. Before the measurement, we must check up the plate and tighten the bolt; otherwise it may appear error, or even erroneous conclusions. Hanging-weight method can be used to check up the verticality. The verticality should correspond with the requirements of drawing. If the deviation is too large, the rack is wrong, and should be amended. Otherwise, it will affect the working of eccentric parts and dustproof devices. When the position is adjusted, we should fasten and tighten each plate and bolt. After the installation of all parts, do the secondary pouring. Just cast the top 200-400mm of anchor bolt. The bottom bolt hole should be blocked by oiled cotton, yarn and other fabrics.
