In recent years, Hongxing machinery has introduced the third-generation H series new products with five specifications, among which, H series cone crusher has following features:

1)  Easy-to-inspect and easy to-maintain. Considering from maintenance point of view, the machine uses a new type of half bearing, which has a high carrying capacity to improve lubrication system and dust sealing. 

2)  With standard constant liner features, that is, the cavity shape can be kept invariant if crusher liner wore. 

3)  The liner is made of special alloys with high abrasion resistance, improving the service life of the liner. 

4)  With automatic overload protection system, H-8000 type adopts pressure-limiting valve to instead of power accumulator that used in other specifications. 

 5)  An inspection hole is set on the side of the frame body, so it easy to maintain the machine. 

6)  The radial ribs are fitted with a shield made of special steel. 

7) The parts have sufficient strength and wear resistance if used for special hard materials broken.

 8) It is easy to adjust the gap between drive shafts and gears. 

9) Small spiral bevel gears and drive shaft are fitted into a single component, easy to install. 

10) Lubricating oil tank has filter, cooling and heating functions, has circulating pump, temperature and flow meter monitoring and interlock. 

The above features expand the application scope of ball mill. The combined use of H series crushers and jaw crusher or primary gyratory crusher can be used for second crushing.
