The trends of the domestic and foreign high-frequency vibrating screen

1, large scale. It means the motion parameter and proportion of screen is tending to increase. The large-scale can reduce the number and costs of equipment; decline the plant area and the initial investment in infrastructure. 

2, the mass of vibration is declining. It can decrease exciting force to ensure the strength and stiffness, reduce the noise and has good vibration absorption effect.

3, it moves to standardization, serialization and universalization. It is the efficient path to cut down the production and design costs.

4, this industry needs further research and develop. High-frequency vibrating screen instead of Centrifuge and filter has been the most popular equipment in the coal dressing industry. In the future, we need to research and develop its function and improve its efficiency.

Problems of domestic vibrating screen

1, we do not know enough about its structure. If we have no enough knowledge of the strength of each part, it is easy to have problems in the production, even influence the normal production activity.

2, progress has been low in the large-scale machine design. At present, the largest model is QZK-2 curved sieve in China. The large-scale machine is still at a less mature stage.

3, we have less enough knowledge on the relationship between the technical parameters of high-frequency vibrating screen. It is easy to make mistakes in the design or selection for the less knowledge.

4, the structural strength of the material can not meet the requirements. Compared with foreign countries, there are many gaps between domestic and foreign countries. So the service life of domestic vibrating screen is in 3-5 years; the abroad is about 8 years, which will be contributing to the increase in production costs and the waste of resources.
