Matters needing Attention in the feeding and discharging of cone crusher.

Feeder 

1. Feeding materials shall subject to cone crusher technology requirement, and exceeded particle size is not allowed. To avoid feeding port blogging, water content should not more than 15%, which is related to materials property. 

2. Be evenly feeding the materials, so as to improve crushing effect and operation condition. 

3. To protect bearing from being damaged, feeding metal materials is not allowed. 

4. Ore materials should be sent onto center of distribution plate, and send ore directly into crushing chamber is not allowed. So as to avoid crusher overloaded and avoid liner wear uneven. Ore materials are scattered in crushing chamber through distribution plate, and materials should not higher than the level of rolling mortar wall. 

5. The maximum raw material particle size should no more than 85% of feeder size. Otherwise, it will cause crusher production reduction and damage to crusher parts. 

Layout 

1. The discharge of cone crusher should be ensured clean, just in case that equipment overload and subsequently cause accident. 

2. Check discharging condition at regular time. If discharge particle size is not up to specification, you should check hammer head, liner and belt conveyor immediately.
