Impact crusher ranks the third process in sand making production line; after being crushed by jaw crusher, large material are sent to the impact crusher for re-crushing to meet customers' requirement of 20 ~ 60mm particles. Impact crusher makes use of impact energy to break materials. In order to keep impact crusher continuously operating in sand- making production line and prolong its service life, users should carry out regular maintenance and upkeep.

After putting new machines into operation, users should conduct a comprehensive inspection when each shift is completed and comprehensively inspect on motor and lubrication weekly which includes the situation of fastening, belt transmission, bearing seals, counterattack liner and liner wear; also, we should combine with the maintenance cycle to establish a regular maintenance and replacement system.

Gap adjustment between the rotor and impact lining plate: when rotor is running, the gap cannot be adjusted. If the materials stay between the impact plate and the plate shell in blocks, it is recommended to re-adjust the gap--slightly lift the impact rack so that the block materials become loose; If the impact rack is not big enough, we can adjust the gap by the adjustment device of the machine-- first loosen the bolt, and turn the long nut, while pull-rod moving upward, we should adjust it and fasten the screw set.

The replacement of wearing parts: first, remove the attachment bolt coupling the rear rack and middle cabinet, and then twist it with wrench to hex head portion of the clamshell device, and slowly open shelves. In the meantime, you can hang the rear rack with the hanging device above the rack. Repeat the above process. 

Boards hammer: Timely adjust or replace boards hammer if it is worn to a certain extent in order to avoid damaging fasteners and other parts.

Crusher liner plate: Open the rear cover, remove the cotter pin, slotted nut and bolt which is used to fix impact plate.
