Introduction

The heat source of the industrial dryer comes from the auto-combustion device. The dryer uses the downstream heating method. Therefore, the material which need to dry slip into the cylinder from the feed bins after it is pushed by the spiral copy board. Since the dryer is tilted, on one hand, the material flows to the back-end with the effect of gravity and rotation. On the other hand, the material is risen by copy board repeatedly to the top and then is continuously scattered down so that the material form a uniform screen curtain in the barrel. The material fully does heat exchange with the hot air in the barrel. Since the material is repeatedly scattered, the water in material is gradually dried so as to achieve the purpose of drying.

Basic Information

The rotary drum dryers are widely used in food, feed, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, mining and other industries. The working process of the equipment is as followings. Wet material after the dehydration is added to the dryer. With the stir of the copy board, the material in the dryer disperses uniformly and fully contacts with the hot air to speed up the drying process, heat transfer,  and mass transfer. During the drying process, with effect of the copy board with tilt and the hot temperament, the material is taken to another section star discharge valve of the dryer and the finished products are discharged. This machine is suitable for drying all kinds of residue materials whose moisture content should be less than 85%, such as beer grains, bean dregs, spraying corn bran, slime and marc, etc.. The dryer has good effect for opening up the feed resources, reducing feeding costs environmental pollution. 

At present, our main export products of the rotary drum dryer are vibrating drying equipment, vacuum drying equipment, the small and medium-sized drying equipment for grain, food and agroforestry native products. The annual export volume is more than several hundred. The main export regions are Southeast Asia and other developing countries, and the dryer has opened the door to European and American markets.
