When the sand washer is working, it drives the impeller to rotate though V-belt and reducer after the gear slows down. Sand is transported from the feed trough to the wash trough, rolling driven by the impeller and grinding with each other to remove the impurities on the surface. At the same time, that will destroy the vapor layer of the coated sand for the convenience of dehydration; add water at the same time to form powerful water current thus bring the impurities and foreign substances with small proportion, then discharge them via the overflow port of the washtrough to finish the cleaning function. Clean sand is brought away by the impeller and poured into the discharge trough from the rotating impeller, and then the sand cleaning function is completed.
