The second is to thicken. When the attrition of the scrapers is not serious, you can use the electrowelding for surfacing. The round bar steel and the thick plate can be used to weld on the scraper. The round bar steel must be fixed, which can be a multi-layer welding. Move the scraper when the scraper is repaired. After the completion, the scraper should be put in the original position. In terms of the local replacement of the backing ring, the original should be removed and cleaned. Fix and weld the new weldment. For the weld of the cracks, you should first clean the original weld joint. Try to flatten the backing ring which is turnup and then fix and weld it. When you replace the backing ring, you should remove and then weld it. You can also first fix the scraper and then replace the backing ring.
