You can deal with the malfunction appearing in the using process of the raymond mill as the followings.

The first common malfunction:

There is no powder or the powder production is low.

Causes:

(1)The lock powder feeder is not adjusted correctly and the sealing is lax resulting in pink suck. (2) The blade is worn seriously so that the materials can not be scooped up.

Remedies:

(1)Check and adjust the lock powder sealing.

(2)Replace a new blade.

The second common malfunction:

The finished powder is too coarse or too small.

Causes:

(1)The blade of the analytical engine is badly worn so that it can not play the grading role.

(2) The amount of the wind of the fan is inappropriate.

Remedies:

(1)If the power is too coarse, replace the blade and appropriately turn down the amount of the wind of the fan.

(2)If the powder is too small, you should raise the amount of wind at the entrance.

The third common malfunction:

The current of the host rises and the current of the fan drops.

Causes:

The feeding material is excess and the air duct is clogged by the powder so that the exhaust in the pipe is not smooth. The circulatory airflow heats up so that the main current and the machine temperature rises, and the the current of the fan falls. 

Remedy:

(1)Reduce the feeding rate and clear the accumulated powder of the air duct.

(2)Open the duct valve. The temperature of the material into the machine should be controlled below 6 ℃.

The forth common malfunction:

The host is noisy with great vibration.

Causes:

(1) The charging rate is small. The blade is badly worn, which can not scoop up the materials. The foundation bolts loose. (2) The material is hard and with large impact or there is no material layer. (3) The grinding ring of the roller is out of circularity with serious deformation.

Remedies: (1) Adjust the feeding amount and replace a new blade. (2) Replacement the feeding size. (3) Replace the grinding roller and grinding ring.

The fifth common malfunction:

The vibration draught fan:

Causes: (1) There is accumulated powder on the blae or the wear is imbalance. (2) The anchor bolts loose.

Remedies: (1) Remove accumulated powder on the blade or replace the blade. (2) Tighten the anchor bolts.

The sixth common malfunction:

The fuel tank of the transmission and analytical engine emit heat.

Causes: (1) The viscosity of the machine oil is large and thick. The screw pump oil can not be added so that the upper bearing is short of oil.

Remedies: (1) Check if the grade and viscosity of the engine oil is consistent with the requirements. (2) Check the running direction analytical engine.

The seventh common malfunction:

The bearing into powder of the roller device damages.

Causes: (1) The oil is cut off or the seal ring is damaged. (2) It is lack of maintenance and cleaning for a long term.

Remedies: (1) Timely refuel at the stipulated time. (2) Regular clean and replace the oil seal.
