TGM Series Super Pressure Trapezium Grinding Mill is designed by our experts on the basis of a long time's study of High Pressure Suspension Grinding Mill, introducing the advanced technology both at home and abroad. After many years' effort of our experts and other technicians, we have developed this series of the grinding mill. It adopts the trapezium working surface, resilient joint, adding pressure by the roller linkage to get the powder.
TGM Series Super Pressure Trapezium Grinding Mill is used to grinding various non-inflammable and non-explosive material in mining, building, chemical, metallurgical industry, etc.The final product size can be adjusted between 0-2.8mm according to the customers' demand.
The whole system of TGM Series Trapezium Mill consists of main frame, decelerator, classifier, piping device, blower, jaw crusher, dustpan elevator, electromagnetic vibration feeder, and electric switch box motor, etc. And TGM Series Trapezium Mill also can grind all kinds of nonflammable and non -explosive minerals whose Moh's hardness is lower than 9 and humidity is lower than 6%.
Working Principle
The mainframe is driven by the speed reducer through the central axis in the mill. The quincunx stand connected with the upper part of central axis, at the quincunx stand and rollers there is shovel system. Materials are fed into the space between rollers and shovels when they are turning, and then be grinded by the pressure produced when rollers are turning, thus powder is Manufactured.
Features
- Compared with the common Raymond grinding mill under the same power conditions, the capacity can be increased by 10%, under the performance of high-pressure springs, the rollers grinding pressure on raw materials can be raised by 1500kgf.
- All the mineral materials with Mohs hardness below 9.3 can be crushed
- The final product size ranges from the maximum particle diameter of 0.95mm (20mesh) to the finest diameter of 0.038mm (400 mesh). A few materials can reach 0.013mm (1000 mesh).
- Its dust-removing effect fully meets the national dust discharge standard.
- The grinding device adopts a superposition multi-grade sealing with good sealing performance.
